I had the worst experience with this Pizza Hut. After waiting nearly 2 HOURS for my order, never receiving a call in concern for the order, I still did not receive my delivery nor was I compensated for the inconvenience. The manager was completely disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and the whole experience was unacceptable. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.
Usually when I order pizza from here they're really stingy with the sauce even if I order extra sauce. The pizza is good every now-and-then but it's rare. I've given them multiple chances but I've decided I'm never ordering from this particle Pizza hut again. I'm only giving 3 stars because the employees are usually super nice and respectful and their pizza has been good before but again it's super rare, honestly depends on who makes it and I don't have time to guess when their shift is. That is all.
If I could give zero stars to this location, I would! I have had a bad experience with them too many times, the last time was it for my family and I. Our pizza was supposed to be delivered in 95 minutes, it was 45 minutes late! The pizza did not have all of the toppings, it was cold and soggy. Every time that I called and asked the CSR to transfer me to the actual store manager, they never answered. I’ll just order my pizza and pick it up from the fairburn Road location.
I 100% love who ever Malcolm is on the phone takeing orders very professional as a matter of fact professionalism at it's best good job pizza hut
Ordered a dinner box for my family and someone had the bright idea to make the entire pizza out of breadsticks???? As if they just put some breadsticks down and threw some toppings on it?? Not sure what the thought process was there, and I could understand if they had ran out of dough, but I didn't even get a call notifying me of any changes. Really bizzare and unethical.
