Good food. Nice staff. But the founder is a terrible human being, so I cannot give 5 stars.
This was the absolute worst experience simply because of the extremely poor customer service and the shockingly unprofessional and condescending attitudes of both the team member whose name is Max and the manager on duty by the name of Shane. I placed my order at 8, the tracker said it would be here by 831, at 846 nothing. Called to get an ETA because I do not want cold pizza and the response received from Max was, "I don't know, I'm not the driver!"
Me and my wife order here alottt.lol.everytime it's always very friendly and professional on the phone. Amazing pizzas and very courteous delivery people.
I used to LOVE papa Johns ! This time my pizza was cold and definitely not worth 18 dollars for ONE pizza ! Little ceasers tastes better 100%
Mitchell is the manager and he's rude and didn't seem like he cared about his job at all. Dominos from now on for me. The woman Skye take fixed everything was a blessing. Very sweet!!
