Wouldn't eat Marco's even if free!!
Always good food and nice staff. A little pricey though they don't mail coupons often or have any in the restaurant.
So two days later a "so called" manager calls about this situation, he says he has a problem believing that "his" employee would do such a thing and really does nothing but waste our time.

More than once has this store charged my card 3 and 4 time for one order, they did make it right but caused overdraft charges. But on this day 7-8-2017 they have finally done themselves in, rude arrogant and obnoxious was the person on the phone. So bye bye Marco's.
We order from this Marcos at least once a week and are never disappointed! On Saturday our order was incorrect (it happens!) but I didn't know it until after the delivery driver was gone. I called and the manager immediately sent me the correct order within 20 minutes. I was afraid I would be offered a coupon or free voucher or something - so I was super happy they happily corrected our order!

Ordering online from mobile is a pain, so called in the order. If I hadn't had the guy repeat it, it would have been wrong. THEN, card gets charged and cancelled 10 times! Until the bank alerts me if possible fraud. No apologies. Nothing. Are you hiring McDonald's rejects or what? Crappy customer service.
