I've been in the community for 1.5 years, quiet no problems. A community will always be what you make of it along with the time you invest in not only your property but the community as well.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Brenda Stanford which is the assistant manager, instead of calling or returning my calls she ignored me. Why would u want to rent from people who cant even call u back with a yes or no. But for anyone looking for a nice property try Birch landings in austell. Amazing customer service UNLIKE GOLDEN ESATES!!! I believe they are stealing peoples info to sell it why else wouldnt u call someone back!
The people behind the approval process is very racist... We passed all of their qualifications and we still got denied. It's true they do only cater to whites and Mexicans. Ms. Brenda is very rude. I guess you would only know that if your black. They represent D-Ville well. Douglasville is predominately black but I guess they want it back. Smh
