They want 705 a month for a poorly built unit that is very close to other units lol. The drug and gang activity ive seen out here does not reflect the higher cost of liveing. This place is a joke.
I personallu dont like it her( the house itself) because they have rats and roaches ... There was a rat in the middle of my bedroom floor and the house smelled bad when we moved in and nothing was fixed
DON'T LEAVE THERE WITH OUT CLEANING, PAINTING OR OWE ANYTHING TO THEM OR THEY WILL HOUND U DA NOT KNIGHT.

I currently live here and I'm currently looking for another place because the owner to the office workers are frauds! They charge you money for stuff they suppose to do like maintenance work. They rushed and moved my family and I inside without doing any work and have literally charged us to fix the house and I was told they would do this by another resident but by then I had already paid and got my keys so I was stuck. He has lawyers and judges in his pocket so he feels like he can keep scamming people but every dog has its day! DONT MOVE HERE I PROMISE TO GOD IT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR CREDIT!
