Who ever opens this place in the morning should be fired.
The people in this store are so rude! We bought a $600.00 necklace less than a year ago and has already broken three times. When I went up the last time all he did was argue and blame everything on me! Then he tried to sell me a $ 10.00 chain...
Rather argue than do anything useful.
Understanding people come to browse. 2 employees working. One is busy problem solving, while another is with a browser. The browser apologizes and says it's ok to help me. Mind you I simply have a pick up. The worker says "no, you're fine, TAKE YOUR TIME!!!" Well I've waited for this pick up for 25 minutes and I'm STILL WAITING for someone to help me. No worries Zales this will be our last purchase.
Horrible customer support from this place, blames the customer and simply does not care at all.
No support of any kind from the staff. Ordered a 600.00 ring and it took forever to get it and then found out that it had been sitting in the store for a month when they told me that it wasn't even ready yet..
