Buyer beware! They take no refunds for good reason - the jewelry is presented as valuable and is NOT. I was talked into purchasing my wedding band here instead of another store in the mall and now sincerely regret it. When I went for pickup the next week, I had to wait over an hour past opening time for someone to show up at the kiosk. My ring came in a plastic baggie in a little cardboard box. I tried it on a couple of times but mainly kept the ring in the baggie, in the box, so as to not lose it or mess it up. My wedding is in 3 weeks, so I went to move it to where the rest of my wedding stuff is, and noticed... it's tarnished! Mind you, this is a silver ring, dipped in gold. Less expensive, but expected to be OK as other more reputable jewelers said this was a good option. So I wipe at the tarnish a little bit with a polishing cloth, and both the tarnish and the gold instantly disappears. I have a gold heirloom engagement ring, and this was to match. Now it doesn't. NOT happy.
I was recommended by a friend to use them for our wedding bands. They have the ability to customize them for you which is great. Though it took several weeks and very poor communication a re make I finally got my ring and was beautiful after the made it right. I wish they had communicated better but then they added me to their own personal call list which I find tacky.
