They keep up to date on games fairly well. I typically do my game pre-ordering through this store or the one on chapel hill rd.

I was checking out when my 5 year old told me he had to go to the bathroom. I conveyed that we were in a huge hurry to the employee. No problem, right? Wrong, this dude delayed checkout for so long, trying to sell me a million other things that my son literally peed his pants in the store waiting so long. Then, after all that, I get home to find out that this A hole didn't put ANY of the games I bought into their cases. He sold me $80 worth of empty boxes. Now I'll have to wait 3 days to try and get this straightened out and another 12 miles back to the store, at which point I'm hoping these people don't give me a hard time about it. Absolutely livid.
Best Store Ever. Had an issue with a game and the Manager was wonderful Curtis is like a hero!!! Give that man a raise
