Tried to get help in the computer department and was completely ignored for 45 minutes while walking around the department aimlessly.
I wouldn't go there unless you knew what you need AND where to find it in the store.
The online shopping experience was ok---until you have an issue with defective software and you have to return. You call this store. It goes to a "hub" after 45 minutes of holding for someone, just to eventually get to the store where the manager C.J. and his cohert ( a "nasty-nice" chubby girl with shoulder length gold braids ) who seems to want to have to "say something" just because she's "there". I guess she has to "feel" important since it seems like all she does is sit there and be absolutely "useless". When asked her name, he refused to give it. You'll be greeted with a ready made attitude upon entering this store. Not only should you not shop this store, don't shop Best Buy PERIOD. Online or otherwise. It's not worth the headache you'll have to encounter and the "customer service" is non-existent. Nobody here seems competent or professional enough to be getting any of our money.
Their customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced.
Tried to upgrade my mobile phone. Something happened that wouldn't allow me to continue. They told me to go to the Mobile store in the mall and they could help me. Went over to that store and they said I was locked out of my account for 72 hours and nothing could be done. The regular store apparently has no clue and inconvenienced my purchase. Would reconsider if you are trying to upgrade or do anything with your cell phone.
Went in around 8pm on Black Friday, store was still busy (No Problem). Found my item quickly went to check out, and the check out line was all the way to the Appliance Section. They only had 2 cashiers. While the line was getting longer 1 cashier decides to leave. Was in line for over 45 minutes before the 1 cashier who was working 2 registers checked me out.
