Listen, have been renting here at Affordable for over 5 years as a small contractor. I have never seen a cleaner facility nor a more customer-service oriented crew. These guys have actually invested in this highly effective technology with real live agents who actually talk to me every time, anytime I want, and I see them on live cam ! Technology helps us all. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but that just happens sometimes. NO reason to try to hurt these guys' reputation, I love them. They care like I have never seen. The climate controlled space is so clean, it's like a lab in there ! Also, I have stored many other places and this place is top in accessibility, open 24/7 for real and with real agents who actually speak to you live until 10pm. So no idea what some people complain about. By the way, try to compare prices and see who really fights to keep cost and prices down for their customers ! Easy ! They win, hands down.
I've never used an automated storage facility before but I can say it was very easy. They have wonderful customer service. After I signed up they called me back to make sure that everything went smooth and asked if everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend them.
