I have shopped at this Torrid location many times, and it seems as if each time is worse than the last. Most recently, I placed an online order to be delivered to the store. Upon receipt, I realized that the items I purchased were to big so I decided to attempt to exchange them for a smaller size. The manager on duty, Rakenya, "assisted" me. I volunteered to look for the smaller sizes along with her but as soon as we began looking she disappeared. I was unable to locate the correct sizes so I returned to the checkout counter to get a refund instead. She then tried to enlist the help of another associate but I told the young lady that I'd had no luck after searching the entire rack for my size so I'd
I've been to this specific location multiple times. Each time the store is not in the best of conditions and the employees are not as friendly. Ive shopped with torrid since i was like 12 so I've seen plenty of torrid locations and what their potential could be but this store needs attention. I will still shop torrid probably just not this location.
just return the items and repurchase online. My items were passed back to Rakenya who informed me that she was able to process the exchange in store and ship the items back to the store free of charge. Incredibly long story short, I verified once in person and once over the phone with Rakenya that my items would be delivered in store when in fact they were shipped to an address I no longer live at and don't have access to. I'm not sure what has caused the decline in management and customer service at this store but Torrid needs to fix it. I doubt I will shop asset this location again.
