It's obvious he cares about his patients getting back to physical fitness and enjoys his job, which I feel makes him a top quality PT. If you don't like working with him or don't feel better, you're not doing your home exercise program. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're doing it correctly while you're with him and that it isn't too much for you to handle, so do the work and I know you will not regret choosing Physiotherapy Associates or David to guide you through fixing your PT related issues.
David is great! I went to this office last year (I know...late review) for neck/shoulder immobility. Everyone was always super friendly and helpful. David was excellent from the beginning and took the time to explain things and work on problem areas. He took the time to listen to what I needed and then address them. Excercise and some deep tissue massage improved my functionality. Eventually insurance sessions ran out. Since I have chronic back pain (due to previous surgery) he also recommended me to my current massage therapist which I am extremely grateful for.
David McMurtry has worked with me on my winged shoulder blade, messed up knees, and all the other imbalances I've had issues with for years caused by bad posture and scoliosis. He's been wonderful to answer any little question I had with explanations I can understand. He's always kind, cheerful, and has a sense of humor similar to mine (which means it's a great one of course).
