The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Mary who assisted me was very pleasant and didn't mind explaining the difference between the different beds. She took me around the store and allowed me to lay on the different one. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

A horrible and unfortunate experience all together. My wife and I went in to make a purchase of a new master bedroom set in July for our home. We had our mind set on an adjustable mattress and had a budget in mind. We were assisted by a sales rep by the name of Glynnis, who was very sweet and attentive to our needs. We saw a storage bed unit that had drawers on the bed. Glynnis advised us that, that particular unit would not work with the adjustable base we had in mind. John, who was the manager advised us that if we went with a higher end purchase, about 2K more it would work. Having our mind set on the actual unit we took his subject matter expertise for that and not just someone trying to up sale us. This was over a total purchase of almost 7k. Upon delivery the delivery guys before taking anything off the truck advised us that what was purchased was not going to work and they couldn't put together the unit for safety reasons. I ended up having to go back to the store and having to exchange the unit for one that we didn't want because the adjustable base had been delivered as all our old furniture was removed with the anticipation of the new purchase. It then took them 3 attempts to finally deliver the purchased items. In addition to the delivery the delivery guys damaged my walls by putting 3 holes in it and did not report it on any of the documents for insurance purposes. John was helpful in trying to resolve the hole in my wall situation, which I will give him that, but this whole situation has been a total nightmare. Fast forward to Friday, October 20th I went to the Perimeter store looking to purchase items for my 12 year old son and 5 year old daughter. It was around 8pm, because my wife and I wanted to allow our children the opportunity to select the bedroom sets they wanted. After selecting a set, I went to use my Rooms to go card, to find out that the previous store hadn't reversed the original charges back in July for the returned storage unit. I had to sit there while the staff at the Perimeter store contact Synchrony to resolve the issue. Well after the store was closed and my 2 children agitated and ready to go. The sales rep at that sore, James Higgins, was extremely patient and helpful. Kudos to him. Based on this experience overall I wouldn't recommend Rooms to Go, Douglassville store to anyone. If you have the ability to go some where else, I would highly suggest you go that route

Ms. Mary smiled, introduced herself and thanked us for giving her store a try. She took great care of us, listened to our needs and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will be visiting her again.

I visited this store in spite of the reviews. I walked in, introduced myself and my family, then told the lady who greeted us, "I'm here even though your reviews are not so good. We're willing to give you a chance."

They text and call for in advance to tell what time they will deliver. After waiting for over a week, the day of delivery between 1-5 they call at 4:45 to say the truck broke down. Didn't they know it was down way before this time. Hmmm. Poor service.

Walked around the entire store without a greeting. When I asked for help from one of the two associiates, her response she asked if anyone was helping me, I said no and stated I was never greeted. Her excuse was they were short-handed. The store 2 customers including me. Bad experience.
