0 stars if you ask me. The receptionist is great I feel bad she gets stuck with the hassle the sorry caseworks leave on her. They are horrible. Lazy. Unprofessional. Unreachable. Unresponsive. Ready to go the the DFACS commissioner on this sorry ass location
They need to Figure out a Faster method of Helping people And stop Being so rude if you Hate your job That Bad Then Quit... Other people would love your Job.....
This place is horrible! The staff clearly hate their job, if you ask any question they roll their eyes at you,JUST HORRIBLE! If you can try to do everything online because this place is hell.
These people lack all forms of love and compassion for society. Absolutely rude no matter how sweet you are to them. Each person needs to be individually fired and replaced by people who actually care about society. What a disgrace!
If i had an option to rate 0 stars i would. This office and there staff are some of the most uneducated, unprofessional robots I have ever seen. There is not a single shred of empathy in these people, its hard to believe that they are even human being. The employees behind the counter are nasty and rude, and they act as if you are bothering them when helping and assisting customers. I submitted an application 3 weeks ago and the lady i handed my application to literally tossed my personal and my kids personally information to the side as if it were trash, after i handed it to her, after her telling me I had to wait an entire hour just to hand it in! This is ridiculous I have children that needed to be to school and I had to work. Where is the convenience of the drop box? Worst experience in my entire life! If my information is not obtained I have already voiced to management that I will be reporting this to the Georgia Human Resources Department, and filing charges against that employee at Douglas County DFAC.
