So yeah she reported it to corporate and they banned me and I came in Saturday not knowing and they tried everything to get me arrested for trespassing. You can't just tell me I'm not allowed in the store? I would have left right away. You called the cops and tried to have me arrested? WHO DOES THAT!
Not the best, but gets the job done at a reasonable price.
One even knows me by name and was always so welcoming and kind. Always asking about my poison dart frogs. I called and told her about it and she was shocked I would be perceived in such manner and that that happened to me. Only one other cashier was rather nice as well but everyone else there would rather not even speak to anyone and are rather avoidant.

Can get good deals, but tools are cheaper models. This store needs to hire more cashiers there is always a line and employees tend to not know anything about tools.
There may have been another time like when I got agitated with a return but that's because my disability symptoms were acting up I got cut off by one guy and forced me into another lane almost hitting a camaro and that camaro guy threatens to hurt me. So yeah my brain was scrambled and not firing correctly.
I received a grinder for a gift and the very first time using it for about ten minutes the on/off switch broke. I called them and they told me there wasn't anything they could do and I could just buy another one. Save your money and go to Home Depot to get a Dewalt. These tools at Harbor Freight are trash tools that don't work and customer service is beyond pathetic!
They claim I have been vulgar to many people there which is not true. Sure my disabilities cause me to be odd and eccentric but that's no reason to lie to get me not allowed in the store. I CAN'T HELP I'M MENTALLY CHALLENGED.
I have been going to this store for a long time. I never has any issues other than a worker cussing and confronting her about her language which I done so in a decent manner. Manager even apologized for her behavior. One associate claims I harassed her yet all I did was asked her if she liked metal music and that I was trying to find local metalhead to go see shows with. I wasn't hitting on her. I'm not at a point in my life where I'm ready for relationships and due to the last one I'm afraid.
They just sent a sheriff to check on me because I told them they stripped away my happiness and took away my will to live. Doesn't mean I'm going to hurt myself. I've got things to live for but they did indeed take away all my will. Who knows how long it will take to get it back. This was a very traumatic experience for me. It's a sad world we live in where disabled people are ostracized.
