Brought chair sunday.to be delivered to store tuesday.called Thursday afternoon.to see if at store.said forget to call.not acceptable guess no one checks stuff coming in from wearhouse as comes in once a week

Our salesperson Ashley was absolutely fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were provided with numerous options and suggestions. We provided her with several room color options that we had chosen and she painstakingly showed us various upholstery color options that would coordinate well with the various room colors. Her knowledge of La-Z-Boy furniture contained in the master catalog really impressed us along with her curtesy and politeness. This was a totally satisfying sales experience that was well above the norm.
