DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Go to Cold Stone on Chapel Hill. The ice cream is not creamy at all, small pieces of ice in each bite. Flavor is bland (I had the chocolate). The waffle cones are very thin and crumble easily, don't grip too hard while holding them. They don't have a popular kid's flavor called "purple dinosaur". Every other location has it! And lastly, they close at 9pm rather than 11pm like website says. Overall, they suck!!

Bruster's always has the highest quality and best tasting ice cream. One downfall of this location is the drive-through speaker doesn't work forcing you to remember your choice and tell the clerk when you get to the window.
I've never been fired as a customer before... Instead of re-making my order the way that I had originally ordered it, she refunded my money without giving me a choice about it, slapped the money on the counter, said she was too busy to take my order, and closed the window in my face.
Awful! Ice cream was bland and waaay overpriced. Paid $7.00 for a banana split. Manger stood over worker to make sure the scoops of ice cream were nice and small so as to watch his bottom line $. I went because my mom wanted a split ( anything for her) but after spending $14.00 for two banana splits that tasted like cardboard, NEVER AGAIN!
