These people are a JOKE! Not only are they incompetent, they are very unsavory.
Their accounting is horrendous. They claim that they are unable to provide accurate information as their "system" does not operate in real time. This has been proven as a lie because another branch provided me with CORRECT info.
The staff was very customer friendly and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the documentation that I submitted and the staff worked together to correct it as quickly as possible without me being negatively affected. Overall I had a good experience.
Do not ever get a loan from these people! Ever! The most unprofessional, rude staff ever! They refused to do their jobs, treat you like a piece of trash, and all have horrible attitudes. Not to mention not including all the information one night need to know before they end up paying 20k dollars for a 5k dollar loan! These people are incompetent thugs who will rob you blind! Never ever EVER borrow money from this company! Read all the reviews on the Internet, this company has the worst reputation since Exxon Valdez! They are predators who prey on those who need a hand up. They have no soul nor remorse for what they do to people! So disrespectful! If I could post negative stars I would! I never review any company, but this place is so disgusting that I have to try and help other people to not have to deal with the trash I've dealt with!
Sweet staff and they make sure you can leave with SOMETHING. I’m 22 w/ minimal credit and I was approved the same day for over $7000.
