The young beautiful lady at the Este Lauder cosmetics was amazing. Friendly pleasant a joy to speak with. Need more like her shopping would be so much more fun. Really a pleasant time. Thank her so much
I went to get some new dress shoes yesterday and the young man working in the men's shoe department never acknowledged me. After looking around for nearly 20 minutes I decided to interrupt him from watching his YouTube videos behind the counter so that I could try a pair on. He brought the one that I wanted to try and as he handed me the box he gave me a look that unmistakably let me know I had inconvenienced him by asking him to assist me. He then went back behind the counter and resumed the videos he was watching on his phone. I will never shop at this Dillard's again. The one in Atlantic Station was a much better experience. The associate helped me pick something out and then offered to measure my foot and even offered to help me put the shoes on. This guy at the Douglasville store could learn a lot from the staff at the Atlantic Station location. Because of him I took the precious minutes out of my day to write this review ( which is something I never do BTW) because of how angry he made me.
I shop at Dillard because of the helpful associates. Particularly, Glenda in the Douglasville store. She knows and understands what I am looking for and helps me find the merchandise. She calls to remind me of sales too. I appreciate that. Very good service. Haven't met an associate at this store that wasn't helpful.
This has to be the worst Dillards in GA! I only go there if I'm desperate. The selections is horrible. I realize it's a small store, but they should rethink some of the clothing lines they have.
