After leaving this location we went to Hiram where Trey helped us. Despite not having a car he went above and beyond and didn't stop until he had us in a car. We had ZERO problems out of hiram and rented a car just fine.
After going in the store to rent a car we were told it would be no problem. They had a car ready to go. 3 hours later we left with no car! After setting everything up and trying to pressure us into every add on possible (I mean since when is Sirius xm a necessity?) we were told we would have to have a credit card. We explained we wouldn't be able to get to one for a while and asked if they could take it over the phone, they said no. Okay that's policy I understand, but they failed to mention we could use a debit card with two current utility bills. I called other locations and then asked if this was true and we were told yes. Despite showing three utility bills they refused to rent to us still. We were stranded there because we had been dropped off so we tried everything possible until finally the "manager" Ebony stated she wouldn't rent to us and we should leave.
Not enough stars!!! I'm a customer service minded person ( a Banker for 25 years). The promptness, convenience, genuine friendliness and attention to detail ranks #1 at this location. My time is respected and I believe my choosing enterprise (specifically this location) is greatly valued & appreciated. Three weeks in a row circumstances has caused me to use their services and it NEVER varied. I formally chose whom ever was cheapest AND I would use the services at the airport. NO MORE! Thank you and God bless for you such a wonderful experience. Telling all my traveling friends. (big smile)
Sadly due to how we were treated compared to other customers that came in the store I cannot help but think it was due to my ethnicity and I am disheartened by the fact I would even be led to feel such a way. I am unsure how a place with this level of customer service is even in business. I hope someone takes this into account and can turn it around before it is too late. I will never go there again?
The staff is very nice. But the cars are a different story. First vehicle had ant in it. Second vehicle smell like someone was smoking in it.
If I was able to give 0 stars I would. The level of incompetence, ignorance and pure disrespect at the location is appalling.
I recently rented a vehicle here and was very impressed with the service I received. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely continue to use this location.

I have a daughter I have to take to school (which she will miss now) and I job to get to and from. They act like I needed the car to joy ride the world. I am absolutely disappointed before the service even started. If you couldn't pick me up I would've got there another way. If the rental reserved wasn't gonna be available tell me so I can make other options. To ignore customer service from the customers who make your check possible is just ignorant.
They called and made sure the reservation made with my insurance company was good and I asked could I be picked up due to my car being in the shop and he replied "yes we can have someone out to get you around 4:30 p.m." ....when I got around 5:20 p.m. I called to make sure everything was fine cause this location closes at 6 p.m.. Not only didn't they never answer the phone after calling numerous times they picked the phone up and hung it up on me.
