This is the best place to go bowling it is so lit go there and u won't regret it it is great famliy fun
I 100% do not recommend ThunderZone in any shape form or fashion! We've been there a total of four times. The first three times the place was dirty. Service was mediocre at best. The kitchen made mistakes on everything! And it seem like the owners do not care! The last time me, my family in friends went the teenagers beside us pletely disrespected me my friends and MY WIFE! I ask management to have them leave the building. All they did was moved them down a couple of lanes and allowed them to continue to disrespect US with vulgar language and threatening tones! So we decided to leave as we're going out I asked management to have them leave! That it was not right that they are alone to stay. My reply was "Are you leaving if so then there's no reason to make them leave!" This bowling alley has had problems every single time we went there. The last time was completely shocking that need management lacked the incompetents to handle their shift including one of the owners Sons or nephew! Who was on the floor at the time! Instead of handling the situation they pretty much isolated themselves to the office! Me as a former manager/Business Owner would not ever tolerate such War hack of management skills and any of my managers and they would be terminated immediately. As for the family member you don't put family that can't handle the job in your business! Is a complete lack of Common Sense!
Cute venue. VIP lanes are nice and secluded. All lanes are good though. Friendly service. Small arcade area. There are bumper cars but the size of the area was ridiculously small. Will go again and again.
Hands down best birthday party experience ever. We went here for a birthday party with our son and it was amazing. The service was something I've never seen from one of these places. The building was extremely clean, the food was awesome, and they have a full bar. They will bring food and drinks straight to your bowling lane. I do suggest purchasing one game at a time, they offer a lane an hour but I found you can't get through two whole games in that time frame and it's a lot cheaper to pay by the game.
Great employees. Good laser tag arena and nice bowling set up. Prices are good too
