We try to support brick and mortars, but we can go to Amazon, read a few chapters, get free same day delivery, and pay considerably less. With this type of poor customer service, makes me reconsider supporting this business with their overpriced products, with this kind of service.

Visit with caution.

Visited store today, my daughter was browsing and reading a book with the intent to purchase but was asked to leave if she wasn’t going to buy the book. After that invitation would you buy a book from them?

This bookstore reminds me of Borders. I enjoy browsing and seeing books for all kinds of things.

Fun place. Lot of variety in books

Called the Douglasville store to make sure the 2 books I wanted were in stock. They were at full price, $29.99 each. Online they were $16.99 and $18.99. That is the in store price at Barnes and Noble in Newnan. So much for shopping local. For $24.00 dollars in savings, Newnan , here I come!!! With these prices perhaps BAM will go the same route as Borders.

Horrible customer service i went in to look for a cook book which said it was available in store online. Was told by a unprofessional red head it wasn't available. When I asked her could she check she refused and went to her manager to complain that I harassed her! When does asking a question equal harassment? Do not waste your time coming to this book store where asking a question is harassment
