This is the worst branch I've ever been to. Tellers are rude and they have a pathetic excuse for what customer service is. I don't recommend anyone go to Bank of America especially this branch. I would give zero stars but u have to give atleast one on here
All of the good reviews are fake. It's like entering a club when you walk in as they have a big security guard greet you... then you wait in line anywhere from 15-40 min. This place sucks. You have so much money, why don't you HIRE MORE bankers?!
